This Privacy Policy explains how StackNova ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play our browser game. StackNova is developed and operated as an independent project. By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described below.
StackNova runs entirely in your browser. We do not require an account, we do not operate a backend server that stores your gameplay, and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details. Your best score is saved locally on your own device. Third-party advertising partners (such as Google) may collect technical data as described in Section 3.
StackNova is free to play and supported by advertising. Advertising may be served by Google (AdSense / H5 Games Ads) and by the platform hosting the Game (for example, CrazyGames). These partners are independent controllers of the data they collect and may use cookies and similar technologies.

Local data (best score, consent choice) remains on your device until you clear it. Data processed by advertising partners is retained under their own policies. We implement reasonable technical measures appropriate to a browser-based game, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Advertising partners may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are governed by the partners' own privacy policies and applicable transfer mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
